Pacific Partnerships

Pacific Partnerships supports clients' infrastructure investments through financing solutions, technical innovations and life-cycle value, building smarter cities and stronger regions.

As a developer, investor and manager of infrastructure concession assets, Pacific Partnerships enables governments and private clients to deliver sustainable infrastructure and bring forward social and economic benefits for the communities they serve.

We are a long-term industrial sponsor and partner to our clients, infrastructure users, institutional investors and lenders. We use public private partnership (PPP) and other models, including build own operate transfer (BOOT) structures, to seamlessly drive major investments through development and delivery and into long-term asset management.

We are proud to be delivering and operating quality assets and infrastructure in the road, rail, health, education and corrections sectors.

A world of experience

Pacific Partnerships was established in 2014 and combines the PPP capabilities of CIMIC Group into a focused, industry-leading business.

We harness the Group's collective financial, technical, delivery and operational expertise to actively develop and drive a whole-of-life solution that maximises value to our clients, communities and CIMIC Group. By deploying the necessary technical, commercial and financial resources we successfully control, plan and deliver all phases of a PPP.

Our major shareholder HOCHTIEF, and its major shareholder, ACS Group, are the leading infrastructure developers globally, renowned for innovation. As we continually develop our ability to deliver pioneering solutions, we draw on the world-wide network of HOCHTIEF and the ACS Group, for the benefit of our clients.

CIMIC Group has been responsible for the delivery of more than 30 PPPs valued at close to $60 billion over the past 25 years.
